1.Privacy Policy

Short version: We collect nothing. We store nothing. Every message you paste into our tools is processed in real time and immediately discarded. The only exception is your email if you sign up for our newsletter — and that's handled entirely by Mailchimp, not us.

What we collect:

Your email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to The Friday Dispatch newsletter. Stored by Mailchimp, not on our servers.
Messages you paste into the AI Fixer or Message Score tool — sent to Anthropic's API in real time and immediately discarded. We have no database. Nothing is stored.
Hall of Shame submissions — displayed temporarily in your browser session only. We have no backend database. Submissions are not persisted between sessions.
Cloudflare — our hosting and DNS provider may collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We have no database. We do not log requests. We do not track users. When you close the tab, everything is gone.

2.Newsletter — The Friday Dispatch

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), our email service provider. You can read their privacy policy at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

We send one email per month, always on the first Friday.
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. No hard feelings.
We may see basic open rate and click data through Mailchimp — aggregated, not individual tracking.
3.AI Message Fixer & Message Score

When you use the AI Message Fixer or Message Score feature, your message is sent to Anthropic's Claude API via our Cloudflare Worker proxy.

We have no database. Your message is never written to any storage. It goes to Claude, the response comes back, and it's gone.
Anthropic may retain API request data per their own policies. Read more at anthropic.com/privacy.
AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. Use your own judgment before sending any AI-rewritten message.
Do not paste confidential or sensitive information into the fixer (passwords, personal data, trade secrets).
4.User-submitted content

The Hall of Shame allows you to submit messages you've received. Since we have no database, submissions exist only in your current browser session and are reset when you reload the page. By submitting:

You confirm the message is anonymized — no names, handles, or identifying information about the sender.
Submissions are not permanently stored — they exist only in the current session for all users.
Do not submit anything containing real personal data — even temporarily.

The No Friday Meetings Pledge stores only the name or handle you provide — in your browser's session only, never on a server. It resets when you reload.

5.Cookies & tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools that collect personal data. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No Hotjar.

The only cookies that may be set on your device are:

Cloudflare technical cookies — strictly necessary for security and performance. These do not track you across sites and are exempt from GDPR consent requirements.
Session storage — we use your browser's sessionStorage (not cookies) to remember things like your vote on Hall of Shame submissions. This never leaves your device.

Because we don't use non-essential cookies, no cookie banner is required. If this changes, we will update this page and add appropriate consent mechanisms.

6.Terms of Use

By using nohello.rs, you agree to the following:

What you can do:

Use all features of the site for personal and professional purposes, free of charge.
Share, link to, and reference nohello.rs content with attribution.
Download logo assets and badges for personal use or press coverage.

What you can't do:

Submit content to the Hall of Shame that includes real names, private information, or content designed to harass a specific person.
Use the AI fixer to process confidential, legally sensitive, or private third-party data without appropriate authorization.
Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the site in a way that degrades performance for other users.
Reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize nohello.rs content or branding without written permission.

Disclaimer: nohello.rs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI output. The site may be unavailable occasionally for maintenance.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Serbian courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
